I’ve been avoiding wheat products for years because of FODMAP issues but it got just a little bit harder when I was diagnosed with Type2 diabetes as many wheat-free lunch options, e.g. corn crackers, are packed full of carbs. I first bought this at Woolworths but their supply was unreliable so now buy from GluenFreeDirect – cheaper than WWs even with the postage and arrives promptly every time.
