Our sourdough bread is gluten free and a good source of dietary fibre, promoting positive digestive health. The bread is made from a thriving gluten-free sourdough starter that uses brown rice flour. It has been traditionally fermenting for over three years. Nurtured daily, our sourdough is rich with gut-loving friendly bacteria. Currently we are only shipping to VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT, TAS and SA customers. How to store Store frozen or in a cool, dry place. Once opened, store in the fridge and consume within 4-6 days or refreeze for up to 6 months.
