The inlet is ISO-100 with a ISO KF-25 exhaust foreline flange and a ISO KF-10 vent port. The Oerlikon Leybold Turbo Vac 361 turbomolecular pump can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications. This Turbomolecular Turbovac 361 pump is without a purge gas facility and is suited for only pumping of air or inert gases. They are not suited for pumping of aggressive or reactive gases. A “C” model is available on this website with a purge gas facility for aggressive gases. Not included are the electronic frequency converter and the connector cables required for operation.
