Exitex Flipex | Wiper Joinery Seal - Black, 150M X 5mm X 8mm

Description Exitex Flipex is a wiper joinery seal that provides an effective weather seal. It is weather energised, the harder it blows the tighter it seals. Reactivated with each use ‚Äì never takes a set. This wiper seal offers minimum resistance to the opening and closing of the door and operates out of sight. Flipex Exitex weather seal is an alternative seal for doors and windows and is ideal for pivot applications. This superb seal is also ideal for hinged, pivot, side or top hung windows. The Flipex wiper seal can be grooved into sash or door for outward opening. For inward opening, the Flipex Seal can be grooved into the frame as illustrated on the technical pdf. It is also the perfect seal for top, bottom and centre rails of sliding sash windows. Designed to fit in a kerf slot of 5mm wide x 8mm deep, the Flipex joinery seal is constructed from Thermoplastic Elastomers and has 8mm high blade. Ideal for sealing gaps between 4mm and 7mm. The Exitex weather seal is available in a black colour and is supplied in packed 150 metre coils. However, white can be supplied as a special order.
