Ohms relates to the resistance of the coil. Anything under 1 ohm is classed as ‘sub ohm’ and should be used with e-liquids that have a VG ratio of 60VG or above. Anything 1 ohms or above can be used with 50/50 liquids and other high PG liquids such as nic salts. The higher the ohm the stronger the throat hit, less vapour will be produced, and the coil will last longer before it needs to be changed.
